Training HQ is an employee learning pilot for Insurance Claim HQ.

Sign-in and progress

Microsoft 365 verifies your work identity. Training HQ stores your name, work email, Microsoft tenant and account identifiers, selected learning path, lessons explored, and practice completed. Melissa Serigne and Ashley Bickford, the designated reviewers, can see a basic progress report. Progress is a learning record, not a certification or performance assessment.

Optional voice coach

The coach is AI using an authorized clone of Galen Hair’s voice. It is not Galen speaking live. Microphone access starts only when you choose Start voice session. Audio is sent to ElevenLabs to run the conversation. Use fictional examples and never share client names, case details, confidential documents, or personal information.

Voice sessions are limited to five minutes. Training HQ does not store audio or conversation transcripts. The ElevenLabs agent is configured with audio recording off and zero-day retention with scheduled deletion of conversation content. This account does not provide Enterprise Zero Retention Mode; processing and deletion may not be immediate. Technical session-start records are retained for up to 30 days to limit usage. Close the coach or choose End session to stop the microphone.

Draft material

The initial lessons and cloned narration await reviewer approval and a voice audition. Confirm current procedures with your team. The coach helps with general learning and fictional practice; it does not provide legal advice or approve work.
